So you want to come by car? (really?!)
We suppose that if you decide to do it, you probably have no alternative, so let’s deal with it.
The center of Paris isn’t precisely car-friendly. There are public parkings nearby however, hopefully with discounted prices for multi-days use. We only used a couple of them (Indigo Reaumur, and Indigo Turbigo), and we can say they are packed, with limited space to maneuver, and very expensive.
There is also this Garage Les Halles, with a 24/24 7/7 availability, next to the rue de Rivoli (10 rue Bailleul, 75001 | +33 1 42 60 36 24). For a normal car, the price per day is 40€, probably the most competitive around. I would think this is the best option, a little old school, as you actually get to talk to someone, and even maybe this someone will go park your car and bring it back to you when you need it. Plus you can fill ‘er up (at a very special rate per liter of course).

Of course, we would strongly advise against moving around by car. Uber, regular cabs, city bike, trottinettes, and also, since the flat is so central, by foot … each of these is better than using a personal car within Paris.
